The below bandings are calculated on per place x per 39 weeks and funding will be given at your current occupancy if you are already delivering part of the wraparound childcare offer i.e. Please note extended places will be funded up to a maximum of 60 places.

For new provision funding will be approved on the amount of places required to secure sufficiency of places in wards identified i.e. 40 place before school provision / 40 place afterschool club

Band 2 – to extend hours of existing afterschool provision to 6pm (where before school provision is open from 8am): £205.23 per place per 39 week
Band 3 – to set up a before school provision or to create additional places in an existing before school provision open from 8am where an after-school provision is open until 6pm: £273.64 per place per 39 week
Band 4 – to set up an afterschool club or to create additional places in an existing after school provision that is open until 6pm where a before school provision is open from 8am: £820.92 per place per 39 week
Band 5 – to set up a new before school provision and new afterschool provision and offer care from 8am-6pm: £1,094.56 per place per 39 week
