By submitting this form, I agree to the following:

  • The start date for this temporary road closure is at least 12 weeks from today, unless an earlier date has been agreed with the council.
  • I will pay parking services for any loss of revenue from pay and display parking bays due to this temporary road closure.
  • I will provide a schedule and location plan within 7 days, unless I have already uploaded it with this application.
    • It must show the traffic signs to indicate the temporary road closure and diversion routes, where applicable.
  • I will provide and maintain traffic signs to indicate the temporary road closure and alternative route for traffic.
  • I will formally notify residents, businesses, stakeholders and any other parties affected by the temporary road closure one week before the start date.
  • I will pay the application charge on submission of this form.
