About the market

Before you begin

To trade at any of our Liverpool City Council casual, farmer, craft or street food markets you will need to complete this application form. Before you begin please make sure you have the following available. You will need to supply proof of each.

  • An original Public Liability document to the sum of £5m.
  • Two forms of identification – one photographic (passport or driving licence) and a utility bill issued within the previous three months.
  • Food Hygiene Rating (photo of dated sticker if applicable)
  • PAT tests on any essential electrical equipment you would like to bring (if applicable)

All documents should be exact copies of the originals and be a good clear image (no missing details).
