I agree that the ashes of the deceased named in this application will be scattered within the designated private family scattering garden at Springwood Crematorium.
The exact position will be agreed with the crematorium technician by appointment.
Only the applicant for cremation can request for remains to be ‘scattered’ in the chosen location. Remains cannot be exhumed from the gardens once scattered. The applicant for cremation will not hold any rights to the private garden (if different from the lease holder of the private garden).
The scattering of ashes in a private family scattering garden does not constitute ownership of any area within the grounds. The garden is leased during the specified period.
